Connex Education Support Whizz-Kidz
Following our support of Childline during the last academic year Connex Education are delighted to announce our new partnership for this year with Whizz-Kidz.
Whizz-Kidz aim is to ensure that every disabled child has the opportunity to be something special and enjoy being a child.
There are an estimated 70,000 disabled children and young people in the UK waiting for a wheelchair that fits their young lives. Whizz-Kidz provides disabled children with the essential wheelchairs and other mobility equipment they need to lead fun and active childhoods.
It is hoped that the new partnership between Whizz-Kidz and Connex Education will help raise the awareness of the charity’s aims and goals as well as raise much needed funds. Throughout the year Connex will be running a number of initiatives to help raise funds to support Whizz-Kidz invaluable work.
