We are seeking experience recruiters, talented sales professionals and ambitious sales orientated graduates looking for a career within recruitment. Experience within recruitment isn't essential but successful candidates will need to demonstrate an ability for sales and show their capability for both retaining and winning business through both face to face and telephone sales and building strong and lasting relationships with teachers and schools.
Skills
- Demonstrated sales ability
- Be a hardworking, self motivated, tenacious team player
- Posses excellent persuasive skills
- Be keen to learn and have a natural ability to think on your feet
- Minimum of 5 GCSE grade A-C (Including English and Maths)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
