Our trainees leave call centre jobs and telesales backgrounds, and start from scratch thriving on the challenge of making money from a blank canvass. We want to hear from candidates who are interested in long term earning potential, not living off a comfortable basic salary. Careers in Recruitment with Connex does not require recruitment experience, is not essential; but candidates must have some form of outbound telesales experience. You must also have 5 A-C GCSEs (or equivalent) to apply.

Basic Salary is £16k – 18k + OTE.
