A trainee recruitment role with Connex does not require recruitment experience, but candidates must have some form of sales experience (i.e. outbound telesales, direct sales, media/advertising sales, or target based commission orientated retails sales (i.e. mobile phone sales).
You must also have 5 A-C GCSEs (or equivalent) to apply.
Basic Salary is £16k – 18k + OTE.
