At Connex we are extremely proud of our status as a Quality Mark agency and as such you can rest assured that all staff placed by us with you will meet the standards and requirements laid down by the DCSF.
The vetting and suitability of staff is of the utmost importance and we fully appreciate it is an essential requirement when sending any kind of staff to schools or nurseries.
As a Quality Mark agency you can rest assured that all staff placed by our trained consultants will have met the required criteria and be subjected to the necessary vetting. This vetting criteria includes:
- Face to face interview
- Qualification and ID checks
- GTC registration check
- List 99 check
- Enhanced CRB disclosure
- Referenced
In addition to our vetting of staff prior to placement we also follow a process of continually monitoring of our staff to ensure that you as valued clients of Connex are happy with their performance.
